Project Overview
Telkom Indonesia needed to streamline how legal documents are requested, reviewed, and approved for partnerships between Telkom and third-party companies. The existing workflow was manual and slow — document requests would pass through multiple departments without clear tracking, SLA visibility, or centralized status updates.
I came on board as both project manager and developer, overseeing the delivery while building key parts of the system using Laravel. The feature introduces a structured request flow between the Legal Department and internal users, with centralized document management, automated notifications, and SLA tracking to measure turnaround at each stage. The system also monitors departmental KPIs to ensure timely and accurate legal document processing.

- End-to-end legal document request and approval workflow
- SLA management with performance tracking per stage
- KPI monitoring for targets, deadlines, and departmental performance
- Automated notifications keeping stakeholders informed at every step
- Integration with existing contract management and eProcurement modules
Built as an enhancement to Telkom's existing internal platform — managing both project delivery and hands-on development.
