I recently completed an enhancement to Telkom Indonesia's existing web app, introducing a Legal Document Management feature. This addition expedites the process of ordering legal documents for partnerships between Telkom and third-party companies, ensuring compliance and validation at every step. It acts as a centralized solution, enhancing both internal and external communication. The system facilitates Legal Document requests between the Legal Department and Users, providing centralized document management, along with notifications and SLA Management to measure service performance at each stage, enhancing workflow efficiency.

For Telkom's internal use, the app will also monitor targets and deadlines, measuring performance against KPIs to ensure timely and accurate legal document management. This feature integrates seamlessly with other modules such as contract management and eProcurement, providing a comprehensive solution.
